cannot run Bitdefender scan

I'm trying to run through the sticky thread of scans to run before asking for support & posting logfiles, & cannot seem to be able to run the "Bitdefender" online scan. After I click on "agree" or "accept" to accept terms, a window pops up that says, "This web site is not authorized to host this Active X Control." I can run the panda online scan, but not bitdefender. This is the first time I've tried to run it on this particular PC. I tried going into IE Options & choosing either "enable" or "prompt" in Active X areas in "Security"...but no luck after these changes. Any ideas as to the cause & how to fix it so that I continue running scans listed in the sticky? confused Thanks in advance! Shannon
