cannot update virus signature

    I cannot update virus signatures and I cannot also access any security websites e.g. symantec.com

    I enclose the relevant logs requested in the faqs's

    EDIT: The mglogs.zip doesn't exist but I am sure the mgtools has finished, I will be taking the tower home and will redo a scan and reattach it as soon as I can.

    The malware bytes site would not load up, I assume it is due to the infection. I will download the file on my home pc and transfer it to here when I have also finished that.

    Yes please. If the zipped file really does not exist, then you will have to run MGTools.exe again in order to produce one.

    I have attached the mglogs.zip as requested sorry it has taken so long to add it, I have had other priorities.

    Rescan with HitmanPro, when it finds: C:\windows\system32\crvnep.dll let it fix it, and then rescan and show me the latest log.
