Cannot use search bars online

For some reason i am now limited to what search bars i can use online

I cannot use search bars such as google or youtube but i can still use something like pirate bay.

I cannot even bring up google in google chrome it just says:

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.google.com.au
Try reloading: www.*google.*com.*au
Additional suggestions:
Access a cached copy of www.*google.*com.*au
Search on Google:

If I refresh the same page comes up

If i go to the cached copy this comes up:

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.google.com

Search on Google:


But when I use a free online proxy, I can access the google and youtube page but I cannot search for anything or it errors.
