Can't access certain websites except through proxy server

    I am using:

    Windows 7
    Firefox and IE
    Linksys router

    This is what I've done so far with no change:

    Disabled firewall
    Disabled anti-virus
    Started Firefox in safe mode with all add-ons disabled
    Reset router
    Lowered MTU in router
    Cloned MAC in router
    Run CCleaner and Spybot

    Help please!!!

    Hi Liz

    Could you give us an example of one website you cannot access apart from via a proxy? as some sites particularly video streaming sites may only work for specific countries due to licensing law for copyright etc

    Who's your ISP?
    What Antivirus and Firewall are you using? although I don't think they are the issue here.

    I'm using AVG Free anti-virus and Windows Firewall.
    My ISP is a company called Telitec (in Spain).

    The sites are http://internetmarketingwithliz.com
    and
    https://www.mywahosting.com:8443

    The second site is where the first site is hosted (through Wealthy Affiliate).

    I've contacted WA and several people who responded to a post I made there are able to see both sites normally.
