I used the Windows XP backup utility (ntbackup) to back up my old PC drive to an external USB drive. When I restored the desired folders (in this case it was My docs and all sub-folders) to my new PC, I could not access the files and folders. I tried to change the attribute but it wouldn't stick. The error I received is "Access Denied". I can't delete or view the My Docs folder or any sub-folder and contents. Anyone know what I can do to recover these?

Thanks Pete! That did the trick.
