Can't boot after running SuperAntiSpyware

If it is helpful, I can provide a more detailed history of how I got to this point.

Last night, I was following the "Read and Run Me" post, when I got to the section for cleaning Windows XP. I ran SuperAntiSpyware, and when I checked back, it had found only one file, located within my Daemon Tools. I thought that the worst that could happen is that I may need to uninstall Daemon Tools, so I let it remove the file. It then prompted me for a reboot. Now my machine will not boot, even in safe mode. I'm now stuck in the BSOD/Reboot infinite loop. My laptop came with Windows XP Media Edition pre loaded on it, so I do not have a CD to boot from or to run a repair/ reinstall.

Right now, I am concerned mostly about the number of photos and financial records that are on the drive. Can I pull the hard disk, set it up as a slave, and retrieve what I need? Is there anything that can be done for my laptop without the CD?
