can't boot pc after msconfig to safemode

I was trying to do the tutorial in spyware specific and I couldn't get my pc to boot in safe mode so I tried the msconfig way and now it will start up, the screen will flash and it will restart the same sequence again. How do I undo the safeboot in msconfig if I can't boot. I tried last known good configuration and it didn't work. I don't see anything in the BIOS that will help me. Please help.

If you're runing Win Me/Xp and can boot in safe mode do system restore to when you know everything worked ok.

 

I am using my lapop at this time , I am having problems with my Desktop , I simply went in msconfig and told it to boot in safe mode and now I can't even get it to boot, if I could get it to boot I could go into msconfig and uncheck safeboot and it should fix the problem. Do you know of any other way to uncheck safeboot in msconfig, I can get to the f8 screen and in the BIOS but that is it.
