Can't bring EBAY up in Internet Explorer!

My dad has got an interesting problem....he cannot pull www.ebay.com up on his computer. He can access it other ways (via his myebay page), but it will not load the main page. We have deleted the temporary files and cookies and still have the problem. All other pages work fine...he just can't access ebay.

are you running any pop up blockers or firewalls.

 

Yes we are running norton internet security, but it still wouldn't come up when I disabled it.

 

Try going into the allow list and add the web page to it and then see also try to disconnect norton first just to see if you can go to it.

 

I have disabled Norton, typed the URL in the allow list, and still no go! I even typed the url in the allow list for IE as well.
