Can't copy files from PC to Mini Flash for Cell Phone

    I have the mp3 files on my PC and I have the mini SD/flash sarc for my cell phone. I bought the SD reader so I can copy the files from the pc to the mini SD/flash card. When I open the SD reader Drive folder for My music and try to copy mp3's from my PC to it, I get an error that says file is write portected. How do I undo this? I formatted the mini sd/flash on my cell, so I don't know why it isn't working. Thanks
