    Hi nick :)
There was no problem for me in downloading these files so i will give you a few pointers in what you may need to fix this issue
Firstly you must have an admin account on your computer so do check that you are not a LTD user
[2nd]Go in to INTERNET EXPLORER TOOLS and make sure security and privacy are in the default position
[3rd] Make sure you are using the latest versions of java / Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 5
    http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
[4th] Make sure you have the latest Macromedia Flash Player
    http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
[5th] Turn off any hosts file that you may have installed.
Please let me know how you get on

    Regards

It is very possible those files are downloading using a different port from port 80.

What I am hinting at is, if you have a firewall that is being a little too intrusive, its gonna block ports that you don't want blocked.

I would completely shut down the firewall (assuming you have one) and try it.

Not sure if this applies to you or not, but this was a bug in some versions of Internet Explorer, which was resolved with the latest IE Servie Pack.

    HERE is some information.

    Hey..
I've tried with different browsers my default is Firefox, but it wont work with ie neither with Opera so i guess its not a browser bug at least in my situation.

If it's not browser specific then that narrows it down a bit.

    Try Adrynalyne's or Nick's suggestions.
