Can't download from explorer

    I can't download anything with explorer--I can from Mozilla. Is there anywhere I can get a free download to try and find the problem

    Greetings, wpdmedic.

    We need to know your operating system version/Service Pack # and Internet Explorer version.

    Have you tried IE (No add-ons)? The path to this should be similar to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools - it's a stripped down version of IE.

    Also, check your Internet Options > Security tab for any 'disable download' settings.

    As well as please answering the questions Caliban posted as we need to know these things , especially Windows version and Service Pack etc please also answer the below


    Do you get any error messages when you try to download with IE, if so what is it?
    What Security Software (please name them for us) do you have installed and if you disable it does IE download ok?
