Cant install itunes for ipod touch

Hi new here, looks like a cool place. B

asically im trying to install itunes 10.1 for my ipod touch and i keep getting the error message

Could not access network location \.

Ive downloaded the setup up file and ran it, this is the error message i keep getting,



Ive tried unistalling and removing all traces of apple products, then running ccleaner and turning off all firewalls then tried reinstalling itunes but this didnt work.

Also ive looked all over google to try and find a fix but no luck.

Im using windows vista 32 bit with the latest updates.

Would be grateful for any help, this is getting annoying as i have a new ipod but cant use it haha,
