Can't Load Res_dll problem

    I have a Dell Latitude laptop P4 running Win XP Pro and had a problem with a missing dll file (I think). I downloaded and tried to install wab32res and now I have a pop up window that displays "Can't Load Res_dll" every time I boot.

    Can anyone tell me what I did wrong or how to fix this? I'd really like to make this go away...............
