The PCI Express standard root port controls some or all of your PCI-Express slots on your motherboard. The error you are receiving appears to point to the fact that you have a resource conflict.

Could you please post a screenshot of the "resources" tab from the second window you had open in the screenshots?

    Translation:

It just says the same thing that it dosnt have enough free
resourses. And that i need to disable other devices to use.

    sorry for the late reply!

    And thanx for help

My Croatian is really rusty, but here goes on the Slovneian.

    Nastavitve za sredstva:
    Settings for devices:

Ta naparva ne najde dovolj prostih sredstev za uporabo.
This device does not have sufficient resource allocation.

Ce jo hocete uporabljati, boste morali onomogociti eno od drugih naprav v sistemu.

This phrase is totally idiomatic, and the language tacks prepositions into words, but basically it says to free up system resources.

You definitely have some type of resource conflict. Try uninstalling your hardware that is on the PCI bus from Device Manager, shut down, and restart.

This may reassign your devices properly.

What is your make and model of PC, CPU, memory, and operating system?

    Are you running Windows 7?

I had an inkling you were running Windows 7.

Is this the Beta build, or the new RC version, and when did you do the install?

Also, what were you running before W7, and did you do a clean install, or dual boot?

    its the new RC version.

I instald it yesterday and its a clean install.

    I was running XP before.

If you have a prior OS, that's not really a clean install.

So, all your XP data is in a folder called windows.old, and you installed W7 over XP on the same hard drive?

    Or, are you dual booting?

I formated the partition that had the xp on and instald w7.
its on the same hard drive but theres nothing left of xp.

Well, since that is the case, you could try uninstalling the devices on the PCI bus, sound card, video card, etc., and shut down.

Remove the cards, and re-boot, load the desktop, and shut down.

When you reinstall the cards, switch them in their PCI slots, and boot up.

If this does not work, it may be an issue with W7 and your motherboard.

You don't have any yellow exclamation points showing in the device manager, do you?

You need to remember that though it is the RC version, this is still an OS in it's testing stage.

yes i do have yellow exclamation points in the device manager
its the pci-expres root port, all three of them.
i will tray that and come back with the results immidietly.

I need to get some sleep, so, if that does not work, head to this page:

    http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=prodpage2&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=171&cat3_no=537

Find your motherboard, and see if it has any issues with Windows 7, or a downloadable driver for it.

If not, look under the Utilities tab, and download and install the MSI Live Update Manager.

I'll check in around 8 am, Eastern Standard Time.

    OK smartass!! ;):-D

You're welcome, or if I remember right, prosima.

And Windows XP worked fine, eh?

That is rather odd, but this is Windows 7, and it's not the final build, so who knows what can happen.

The next thing I was going to have you look at was the IRQ settings.
