Can't see graphics in AOL emails: How to get rid of the box with the red X?

Yeah... so where I should have graphics/images in my AOL emails, I instead have the dreaded black boxes with the red X inside. I was having the same problem in Outlook Express, but was able to solve that problem within Outlook Express itself.

Anyone have a solution for fixing this problem on AOL? Didn't have it on my previous computer, but recently installed on a new computer followed by Norton Systemworks and MS SP2.

I assume, that the AOL email program itself does not have a similar fix?

Can you rightclick the X and select show image?

AOL says there's no fix - that the problem must be in my computer. I can right-click the box/X, but "show image" is not an option.
