Can't share files, "You might not have permission to use this network resource."

I have two computers that are hooked up to router, they both have access to the internet. But i can't when i try to share file between them , it won't work and it saids this "You might not have permission to use this network resource, the network path was not found".
I have use the network setup wizard, but at the end it said "Cannot complete network setup wizard, a error occur during configuration"

Both of the computers are window's XP.

using a linksys router and a linksys adapter LNE100TX(v5)fast ethernet

World be great if anyone can help, i have looked at quite a few sites and most of the solution did not work.

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is allowed to be shared.
