Can't uninstall Incredimail

After a Partition Magic debacle (I merged 2 partitions - one of them being my C:drive with my OS on it - called tech support and though their manual doesn't make this clear, they said I could've caused serious damage) I want to uninstal my Incredimail. All of my programs are working great - except Incredimail - it constantly refers to my D: drive which no longer exists since I merged it into my C:drive. Here's the deal...because Incredimail isn't working - it's "uninstall" won't work and the program does NOT show up in Control Panel's Add/Remove programs. So my question is this - How the heck do I get Incredimail off my computer without these two options available? I'm assuming that I can't just delete them. I searched the archives here and downloaded RegSupreme for the clean-up afterwards, but can someone tell me how to manually uninstall Incredimail?? I've also been having the hardest time installing SP2 and spent the day on the phone with Microsoft. They can't figure it out. I'm hoping that once Incredimail is gone, SP2 will install without an error message.

    Thanks so much,
    Stephanie

you can go to the programs folder maybe something like c:\program files\incredimail once you find it look inside for an unistall icon and see if that works(sometimes the icon is called UNWISE). If that does not work you will have to just dealete the folder then search your reg to find traces of it.

If this program put itself into the Start Menu> Programs, check to see if the folder their has its own uninstall utility.

The Unwise file does not work and the uninstall utility located in Program Files/Incredimail/Uninstall doesn't work either. Unless there are other opinions out there, I'm just going to manually delete the folder and then run RegSupreme to clean up the registry. Thanks!

Sounds like a good idea to me. Do the manual delete.

Is Incredimail a legit program? Perhaps it is Spyware and thats why it won't let you uninstall. You should run Ad-Aware after deleting it.

So I manually uninstalled Incredimail and I ran RegSupreme for the first time (Deep Scan). OH MY!! It came up with 1114 items that had problems that were "Useless empty Key" "Invalid ProjID" "Does not exist" "Obselete Software Entry" and most of them started with HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. What do I do with all of these? Back them up and then delete them all??? And the weirdest thing was that it didn't bring up any Incredimail files and yet when I run SEARCH (from Start) I get 10 Incredimail files. Should I delete them to make sure I have NO Incredimail files leftover? I'm assuming that if they weren't found by RegSupreme, that it means that they don't have problems, but I feel like I should delete them anyway. Agreed? I won't do anything until I hear back from anyone. So 2 questions really - 1. Should I erase the Incredimail files that I found while running Search? and 2. What do I do with those 1114 files that RegSupreme pulled up??? As always, thanks so much.
