Captcha never recognizes my typed text as match

Hello

I'm having a problem when typing the text of Captcha to access a site. I will type exactly what is shown in the box, and friends have verified that my typed text is a match, but I ALWAYS get the message that my text doesn't match the text generated by Captcha. I generate new text, and the site never recognizes my text as a match.

I honestly don't know if this is a software or hardware problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Some sites you also have to allow javascript.

 

I'll try both of those things, and see if it makes any difference. The problem is the same on both laptop and desktop, so both those reasons sound likely.
