CC Cleaner Access with Zone Alarm

i get this message after running CC CLeaner in Zone Alarm.

ZoneAlarm Security Suite has blocked CCleaner from creating or opening a file. If you trust CCleaner and believe it requires a file to be opened or accessed, then you may want to change the Trust Level of this program. It is also possible that the attempt to create or open a file was malicious in nature. In that case, you should not change the Trust Level so that your system will continue to be protected.

Should I allow cc cleaner?

Also, in my zone alarm just since yestereday, it says i have had 1204 attempted access attempts. I tried Sygate, but it was too complicated for me to set and I was losing access to things I needed, etc. Im finding the port access complicated too.

Is there a safe way to surf the net anymore?? in one or two PROGRAMS???
