Ccleaner Alternative ?

Kinda looking for a alternative for Ccleaner if there is one... As of late I've found it running slow on my system and wondering if there is anything better.

Thanks TimW for the suggestion, I recently came across PrivaZer (http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/privazer.html) that I took a chance on that seems to run rather nicely and cleans more than Ccleaner it seems to be more secure

Gonna stick with that for now.

Well after playing with PrivaZer I decided to double up doing both Ccleaner and PrivaZer as I tend to have Ccleaner run on boot up an once a day the other one will run..They both clean very well, I do currently prefer PrivaZer as it always seems to clean a lot. but for the extra added level of security for my privacy concerns i'll use them both.
