change desktop background for all users

    How do I change desktop background for all users on switch users screen with Vista OS

    Hi

    Use the Group Policy settings in this HERE advice and HERE could help also, its for another issue but the settings are the same.

    You will have to be Admin and all other users should not have admin rights for this to work fine.
