Changed C drive to E by accident

Hi, new here nice to meet u all. I joined cause I always cause more problems than I solve. One inparticular. I was in the process of renstalling xp and I created a new partition (not quite sure what all that is about) and now my main drive is now called E and C.
CAn anyone help?

 

Are you saying that you now have a duplicate of your "C" drive that has been labelled "E"?

I already know the steps to deleting the partition they give but management wont letme delete it.

It probably won't let you delete it because it contains an operating system.

Delete wasnt even in the right click dropdown list.

 

You could use a bootable partition editor or something.

I don't know if you can relabel the drives in the editors, but you can definitely delete.
You could also merge them if you like.
