Ok, hopefully you guys can help me out a litle bit.

I've been using a generic Philips pc for a while, and it's had a few upgrades in ram and graphic card's but I saw a good deal and went and got an AMD mobo.

Now, having not switched between the 2 before, i've only used AMD before this one, I didn't realise that there would be any problems in just popping the hdd out and hooking it up to the new AMD mobo.

Now all I get are reboots whilst it is loading into windows, but before it gets there.
I can't access safe mode, as it says I need to register the copy, probably cos of the number of hardware changes.

An ideas on getting this sorted???

    Thanks!!

When you change MOBO you have to reformat your harddisk re-install windows.....

    I don't think you have a choice......
