chinese popup and internet blocking

Hello!
Yesterday my access to some sites, including facebook and youtube, have been blocked. Later chinese pop ups in right lower corner of browser started to appear, so I followed the instruction and only Malewarebytes found out anything. After MGtools scan there were no logs on desktop or on C:, also hitman and rougekiller didn't show buttons to save logs.
After Malewarebytes deleted two files, pop ups stopped appearing, but I still didn't have access to some sites. Now, one day after, pop ups returned. I tried many things to stop blocking these sites. Facebook main page works when I enter through ip-changing website, but requires cookies to log in.
I started to use chinese friends wifi few days ago, I wonder if this have to do anything with infection, because I haven't done anything unusual.
Any help would be very appreciated! Just when I tried to post this thread using Chrome, this site was blocked too, though it's working in firefox

 

Uh I menaged to get logs, I'm desperately in need of help Sorry for bump, I couldn't see where I can edit first post...

 

Pop ups stayed only in chrome, after cleaning with ccleaner, more scans and reboot seems like they're gone but can't be sure. I downloaded firefox and there are no pop ups, but still can't access facebook and youtube from any web browser. Though online ipchanger seems to work. I tried many ways to fight with that, messing with host file, restarting routers etc.

 

Ok, but I barely got into simplified version of facebook with ipchanger, which is pretty troublesome and frustrating. Should I make a thread in Software section to get help with denied access?

 

I made system restore and just had some weird redirections in both firefox and chrome, that happened before along with pop ups. My internet connection is still so limited and i can't install avast or avg i can only use tor.
