Chrome Redirection and Excessive Memory

I seem to have something that is blocking me from sites (not my firewall or Google as they both tell me when they are the blocking function). For example I have a shortcut to MajorGeeks and it is now taking me to facebook and I have to jump through hoops to get here.

I started to run through the Redirection/Hijacking repair instructions and early this morning, I completely hosed up and it would not even load Google on Chrome. I have tried repeatedly to download JRT, but it takes me to a "webpage moved" type of screen or gives me an error.

I rebooted in safe mode with networking and still, no help.

I'm now booted normally and seem to be settled down per my CPU usage monitor, but I still cannot get to the JRT download page, neither from your main menu in the malware removal section.

My MBAM and TDSKiller found nothing. I'm attaching those logs just in case they are useful.
