We play the online game Dragons of Atlantis (a Kabam game) on this computer.
Periodically a glitch interrupts play in some manner. That usually slows play as we have to work around glitch to keep playing.
When bringing this to the attention of their support, we get a standard reply to clean/clear cache, cookies. and refresh page. If we recontact because the problem still exists we are told they will look into the matter and get back with us. They never do, but usually the problem is corrected.'
Why do I need to keep cleaning/clearing cookies and cache? We play other online games which do not have the quantity of annoying glitches, or want us to clear and/or refresh all of the time.
    Thanks

a glitch can appear at any point in almost any game, large games and MMO games suffer the most from them.

an online game will use the cache to store parts of the map you have been too, so if you return later it can find them faster.

as such if the game saves that part of the map to your cache with a glitch in there then when you return the glitch will be there.

the glitch may have occurred whilst the game was DL'ing the map and resetting cache lets it save it again hopefully with out the glitch.
