Cleanup horribly gone wrong Help!

I don't know whether it was my cleanup attempt or the product of the malware itself. System had been running slow but not "that" bad due to strain of resources from little disk space.

I cleaned up the drive and got some space back but got less and less connectivity to the network and internet. I show partial connection to the network using network magic (Came with my router) although I cannot access any computer except my own.

I have a fair knowledge of computers since I used to own a shop. It's been awhile since then and I am retired but I figure it's like riding a bike right?:confused

I started by looking in all the obvious places, ie HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run and so forth and found nothing wrong went further and googled PEV.exe missing and comres.dll found bad from combofix. I have used combofix before so I understand how to use it but I could be wrong. I have also used other fixes with positive results but again since I'm no longer tech-ing I guess you can chide me for being amiss in my actions. I have my logs ready for your perusal upon need.
