Click coming out of inside box

Hey guys. I have a Dell dimension E520 and lately I have noticed that when I open programs or whatever I hear a Click coming from the inside speaker of the PC. I have disabled all my startup programs and It still happens. Does anyone know how to stop this? Im guessing there is something running that is causing this. I also may have posted in the wrong forum so i am sorry if thats the case. Here is a HJT log incase you want to have a look at what is running.

You could try disabling the sound scheme in the control panel / sounds and audio devices / sounds / set the scheme to no sounds.

I did that and it is still making the clicking sound. It is making the sound of like poker chips hitting eachother if you know the sound i mean.

You should post in the hardware section ....it sounds like your hard drive is going south (IE: the heads are being hit ...).

My PC is brand new 6 months ago, I doubt my hard drive is wacked. But im not the pro here.

This is not a malware issue....I would suggest that you post in the hardware section.
