    ReBar I can't follow the rules

    i thought they did away with these after a hostile reaction last year?

    i just tried to download 2 basic apps and got installer links for each.

    off to TUCOWS i go....

    no, I wasn't aware of that at all. I thought CNET, tucows, and filehippo were about it.

    speaking of which, is tucows GONE? I just checked it, and it is very odd looking!
