collect RAW data from firewall and make reports

Hello Geeks out there!

I have a UTM that handles the AV/AS scanning as well as webfiltering, I am looking for a software that can collect raw data from the appliance and prepare reports related to email, websurfing pattern etc. and we shd be able to export data in csv format to submit to management. thaere are over 1000 concurent users and there will be alot of records for daily websurfing pattern. will syslog work for me?if yes what software I can use to make reports from raw data. any free/paid software will do. Thanks in advance!
