Is it possible to create shortcuts using the command prompt?

I want to be able to have some programs exe files put into my start menu automatically after a fresh unattended install.

Think I figured it out. Will have to wait until I test it.

I manually put the shortcuts in what I think is the right folder ready to be copied over during installation.
