Comp acting wacky....

Hey guys,
I just got a "detected Trojan" msg today when I was scanning with Avast. So I came on here and did all the steps I was suppose to and here are the logs plz help.

I don't know it said I had 2 trojans and when I read the newfiles.txt log it says this half way down the page "Locating all files created in C:\WINDOWS\System32\components within the last 90 days.
This folder is now being used by Trojan.FakeAlert.CX aka SmitFraud" I am new at this stuff and don't think I'm dumb but does this mean I still have the trojan?

 

Is it something I should be worried about?
