Comp running slow at times, programs will not open. please help.

Hello I recently was infected with something that i cant seem to get rid of. Ive run several programs to find it, downloaded nearly every recomended removal program, run it, and still no luck.

Some of my symptoms include;
-slow down during 'my computer' loading
-slow down during 'recycle bin' loading
-slow down when clicking on any drop menus
-programs not opening, claiming not enough resources
those are the main problems.

I have read through the rules of posting, i have HiJackThis downloaded to the correct folder, I will attach a logfile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise Im getting ready for the dreaded reformat...

You did not post a HijackThis log file. Take a look!

If you have run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support then continue with the below steps. Otherwise complete ALL the sticky thread steps first.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
