Compaq Armada E500 only shows up at 697

    hey all, I bought a laptop tonight and its only showing up at 697 Mhz under windows system, and in the bios it is 900 Mhz. I have the system plugged in and I have the the power setting to always on. but no matter how many times I refresh it is still reporting as under clocking itself. It has the latest drivers for XP, and the latest bios rom paq says nothing about impropper reporting, so I'm not doing that.
