Compaq SR1550NX running slow

I thought this was a malware problem. So, I ran most of the malware removal procedure:
- aborted SuperAntiSpyware because it ran the night before
- Combofix failed to create a combofix.txt log file
Three pieces of malware and three bad files were found and removed.

I opened the PC and cleaned off the heat sink, case fans and power supply (it was running cool prior to the cleaning).

AMD Athlon64 3400+ 1.81GHz, running WXP Home SP3 with 512mb of PC3200 memory.

Disk defrag reported drive is not fragmented.

I have included the log files.
