I have installed a Radeon 7000 64mb AGP and it appears to not be very good. When I try to watch videos online it freezes and you can only hear sound. First, does anyone have any suggestions for what the problem might be? Secondly, can anyone point me in the direction of a website that will tell me the cards that are compatible with my PC? I tried installing a Geforce 5200 128mb but I just got a "no signal" so I'm thinking my PC wouldn't run it. It's an EMachines T2341. Emachines tech support won't help me because it's been over a year since I bought it.

If your AGP slot is 4x (or 8x), it should be able to run any current AGP card (4x or 8x), Geforce 5200 included.

If you are unsure, use EVEREST.

If you are still unsure, post the log as an attachment and someone will look at it for you. (don't copy and paste the log, only attach it please)

As far as the video problem, that could be codec related, or your internet connection etc.

Does it only have this issue online?
