Computer Crash

    My PC has recovered from an unexpected shutdown.

    Windows provided the following information about the “crash”. Can anyone please tell me:
    1. What happened?
    2. Is there a solution I should apply?
    I cannot attach the minidump because it is not where it says it is. I looked in C:\Windows\Minidump and I've searched for 010414-31371-01.dmp

    My PC is a Hewlett-Packard s5770uk-m

    My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) Service Pack 1

    I have gone through the steps advised by Microsoft at the following link but everything is reported OK. Obviously, something caused my problem. Hopefully, there's a way to diagnose it and solve it.
