computer crashing with C000021A fatal error

    My computer crashes whenever I run programs with intense graphics. and sometimes when it has been running for awhile(overnight).

    Will not start up normally unless I let it sit for awhile with the power off.

    • I have run stress tests on all the hardware
    • a tech ran ccleaner and cleaned up the registry.
    • tried replacing graphics card.

    I ran mgtools and have included the log with this post.

    Any help with determining what could be causing this is much appreciated.
