computer died, wont boot

well thi sis great...i took out my video card to put on a new cooler, found out it didnt fit, stuck the stick one back on and put the card back in. uh oh, wont boot. reset cmos. still wont boot. its not like when my mobo died, im getting HDD activity and all the lights and stuff turn on so im not sure what it is. tried without my hdd or dvd drive hooked up, still no video. i have no reason to believe that my video card took a crap so im lost here

i didnt clip the video card in all the way lol rolleyes

i thought i had it in good but i guess not...
