computer gets stuck playing flash ans avi videos

Hello,

Just recently I am having this problem. When playing any type of flash videos, in any page including Youtube videos, also happening while playing DvX videos. While playing a video, it will stop all the sudden and my computer will get stuck, with a loud sound and nothing else will work. So I have to restart it every time. No idea what is causing this and it is happening more often.
Help, please? :confused

File
Save as Text file

choose desktop as saving location
