McAfee Viruscan doesn't help. I ran your "Before you submit" steps and have attached scans. I really don't know what to do next. Can you help?

Using add/remove programs which can be accessed from the control panel, uninstall the following:

Do you have 2 operating systems installed ?

Download and install Sun Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9

    Download and install SpyBot-Search & Destroy 1.4

Do you still have kazza installed, If you do then you should uninstall it, if you don't then there are still remenants on your system. Reboot into safe mode and delete the folder D:\Program Files\Kazaa (ONLY if you don't have 2 operating systems installed)

You have bigfix running at start up, this is a hefty resource hog and could be slowing your computer down. If you don't use it then uninstall it.

MCafee is also a known resource hog, are you paying for it, you might want to consider one of the free AV programs such as Avast or AVG which are less of a resource hog and in many peoples opinions including mine far better.

You have LOADS of cookies, did you run ccleaner as instructed in the read and run me? Part of your slowness problem could be releated to lack of temporary space. Run CCleaner from each user account on your computer (in both operating systems if you have 2 ) in the manner instructed in the readme.

IF YOU HAVE 2 OPERATING SYSTEMS INSTALLED DO NOT PROCEDE PAST THIS POINT

    Boot into SAFE MODE

Open Windows Explorer navigate to and DELETE the following:

If you have Windows XP delete the contents of C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch.

    REBOOT to Normal Mode.

You don't appear to have any actual malware on your system, You could ask in the software forum for some tips to speed up your computer.
