Computer keeps re-starting after enabling safe mode

Major problem here. I am currently in an Internet cafe trying to find a solution to this problem:

I was following the steps on this website for "Malware Removal" and got to the step where I should change over to "safe mode." I did this as per the instructions, and re-booted the computer. Well, now the computer won't start at all - probably because the trojan somehow disabled safe mode. The problem is that because I enabled safe mode while in Windows XP (as the instructions said), I have no way to switch back to regular mode and thus my computer keeps re-booting. I'm basically screwed into doing a complete hard drive format if I can't fix this, so my question is - Is there any way to turn off safe mode from a command prompt (after you load a Windows installation and select "repair")

If someone reads this and can help me, please reply within the next 2 hours as I am in an internet cafe and I have no other way of reading messages.

    Thanks :)

I should add that I tried to do a Windows XP repair but it only sends me to the command prompt..

Problem solved! I ended up just installing Windows in a different folder - now I can completely access XP :)
