Computer restarting randomly please help!

hey, so recently i installed a new graphics card, a geforce gts 450. now computer is somewhat randomly restarting, as long as i dont play any games it wont crash, but its kind of spontaneous, for instance i can run 2 instances of diablo 2 in windowed mode (for botting) and the comp will go on for hours without stopping, but if i open a fullscreen window of diablo 2 then it will crash, problems seem to only occur for fullscreen games, havent tried a high end game in windowed mode yet but the more high end the graphics of the game the faster it seems to crash, i ran team fortress 2 and it restarted after about 5 minutes. but diablo 2 fullscreen can run for anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour or so, ive collected my latest crash dump and here it please, i would really appreciate it if someone could look at this and tell me whats wrong or help me in some way, i just dont have the know-how to understand what any of this means, thanks. also im running windows 7 64 bit

I don't read blue screens but I do look for what is causing the fault. From your listing

That seems to imply that you are using the wrong driver.

Didn't you say you installed a new graphics card and the computer started crashing? If so, then the graphics driver is the first thing I'd uninstall.
