computer slowing

my computer seems to be slowing down and starting up
i recently moved a lot files photos videos etc from D to C DRIVE
could this be it
i have done all the checks for viruses etc( using malwarebytes)
appreciate any help:confused

Also what is your specs of your computer?

 

What percentage of free space is on each of the drives, Harry?

Are they really separate physical drives or just 2 partitions on the same drive?

A few things come to mind, The C drive is now badly fragmented, hdd free space is less than about 25% or perhaps Windows prefetch is struggling trying to find the correct files to load.

Following up silas' suggestion on maintenance should fix some of those things.
