Computer totally hangs while using Mozilla Firefox

Hi.

Sometimes, when im surfing the net using mozilla firefox, and the page im looking at has not fully loaded, and i decide to surf somewhere else and click a link or click 'Back', my computer just totally hangs. like ctrl alt delete wont work or anything. This has happened a lot of times, and its only when i use mozilla

note: i think this happens only when the page is not fully loaded
