Computer went nuts- went into windows 95mode

    Well I was running Steam and I minimized the game and my computer crashed, when I turned it back on everything was really low resolution like low bit color and stuff. I cant change the properties at all and the same image is being projected on both of my monitors. Please help!!

    can u change your resolution back in the graphics properties control panel? maybe a reinstall of the video drivers will work?
