connecting a phone to a pc using bluetooth

    i was wondering is it posible to connect a phone to a computer using bluetooth to send files and act like a flash drive?
    ive got a samsung sch-u550 phone and a 10 bluetooth adapeter
    do i need a specific kind of bluetooth adapter and do i need a stack. bluetooth is kind of new to me and i would greatly apreciate any kind of help on this subject
