connecting to the internet on restricted/limited user accounts?

    Pretty basic I know.Is it possible?and if so how? I don't seem able to do it.When I click connect nothing happens it doesn't even attempt to connect,thanks for any help.
    Lain :)

    I am on windows xp home edition sp2
    on a dial up connection.

    It is possible if the system administrator has allowed it. You will have to check with him/her to see if it has. Unfortunately, we cannot help you circumvent the security.

    I am the administrator,I have made a user account for my brother but he is not able to connect to the internet for some reason.I can't seem to see anywhere to change this setting.:confused:
