Connection wizard keeps popping up

    Every time my browser hits a inaccessible page, the 'dial-up connection' or the 'vpn connection' screen pops up. I guess windows is trying to find alternate ways to get the content. How do I stop this?

    This started happening after I went through the network wizard to setup my home workgroup.
