Constant incoming data, sygate, MOM.exe

Constant incoming data, sygate, MOM.exe after replacing a HD that went bad, I reloading most of my progys. The only thing iv changed is ATI drivers suit by Catalyst and it has a new monitoring program called MOM.exe . Iv done some reseach and some say it’s a 3dr party progy and might be spyware. On my prosess explorer the PID is 576 but my commit is 283MB after killing MOM its 230MB and killing CCC “control center” for it brings it down to 218MB. After running enditall progy its to 212MG.
Iam using all the Major Geek progys like ccleaner AVG ect. Now something in NDIS is running incoming data all the time. From things like hexmail, @abuse and those.
What the go here? Anyone know? Ive never had constant incoming data, the only other thing I changed was my internet from USB port to Ethernet. Also if my pc goes to screensaver I have to reconnect the internet sometimes by unplugging the power cord from the cable modem or unplugging the Ethernet cord and replugging and sometimes the concection is disabled and I have to enable it, one of the 3 or all the above.
